Please order a minimum of 15kg incase of delays in transit it will keep it colder for longer. Due to issues that might arise with the courier, your delivery might take up to 48 hours, but thanks to our insulated packaging your meats will still be safe to refreeze.

If you have any requests in regards to certain flavours these must be put in the notes section, due to a high influx of emails they may not be seen in time to apply the notes to the orders. 

We take no liability for requests missed via our email/chat function. 

Using FedEx has allowed us to have your pets food delivered to you within a 48 hour period to ensure you receive the raw food in a fresh and preserved condition.

• We work on a 1/3 day WORKING day dispatch 
• Pick up orders will be refunded after 7 days with no collection
• On the morning of your delivery you will be allocated a time slot, if you’re not in during this time and your package is left in a safe place (packages must be left safe due to needing to be delivered within a certain time frame) then WrexRaw take no liability from this point onwards
• If you book a re-delivery because you won’t be in and don’t assign a safe place, WrexRaw take no liability for the condition your raw food arrives in, no refunds or replacements will be offered in these circumstances. 
• Dispatch days Monday - Thursday  
• Raw food may sometimes slightly defrost, it is safe to refreeze any meat that comes in this condition. We recommend a minimum order of 15kg to maintain cool temperature throughout transit. Smaller orders are made at the discretion of the customer. 
  

• Using FedEx as our courier allows us to keep you in the loop in regards to your delivery with access to live tracking information with text and email updates.

     MORE DELIVERY INFORMATION 

Your deliveries can be left within a safe place too, like a shed or outhouse or even with a neighbour however in this circumstance WrexRaw take no liability for any deliveries that are defrosted or stolen from the safe place.

If we feel we are unable to fulfil an order, we reserve the right to cancel & refund the order.

Address and contact details are responsibility of the customer, these cannot be amended once we have processed the order.  If your address is incorrect we take no liability for the order not received.

We are unable to ship to the North of Scotland, Ireland and the Isle of Wight. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.  

LOCAL DELIVERIES 

Our local deliveries are on a Monday, Wedna’s day and Friday. Orders for that delivery day must be completed by 10pm the day before to ensure they are packaged ready for delivery.

    COMPLAINTS

Please ensure all complaints are emailed directly to - wrexraw@gmail.com with your order number attached.

 

In the unlikely event you wish to make a complaint about the goods you have received, we request photographic evidence within a 12 hour period of you receiving the goods. 

 

It is at our discretion at how we will the. come to an appropriate resolution 

The chat function and social media messages can be unreliable and cause a delay in response please phone or email.
