I recently reviewed Wrexraw and stated that whilst the product was excellent I was extremely unimpressed with the delivery….fedex as it happens. Despite being stickered up and emblazoned with ‘perishable products within, must be delivered today it was in transit from Tuesday until late Thursday afternoon. 200 rolls of raw dog food…during a heat wave ! 🤮
Anyway, Chris at Wrexraw got in touch first thing on Monday full of apologies, he had been away and had returned only to find a load of messages, queries and troubles….all with delivery company.
Without getting boring, he has resolved the issue by sorting out a FRESH delivery, refunding the delivery charge and giving me money off next order voucher.
Hence I can only say thank you and recommend that you do give this company a go.
