🚚Local Delivery Information We deliver locally on Monday and Friday, but the delivery may occur on either day. An email confirmation will be sent once your order is packed and dispatched.
- Delivery Days: Monday & Friday
- between 12pm – 8pm
- Dispatch Time: 1–3 working days
- Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed by 8:30am for same-week delivery
- Please note that we do not offer delivery time requests.

Courier: FedEx (Tracked with email & text updates)
- Minimum order: 9kg (We recommend 15kg to help keep items cold longer). Ordering smaller amounts means you take full liability for orders arriving defrosted.
- You will receive a notification once your order is out for delivery
Delivery Time:
- Dispatched Monday to Thursday. Deliveries can take up to 48 hours to arrive due to courier delays and issues out of our control.
- Delivery within 1–2 working days (Up to 3 days during busy periods)

Important Notes:
- Minimum order: 9kg (15kg recommended for insulation during transit)
- Some items may arrive defrosted, but cold to touch. — These are safe to refreeze, and defrosted meats delivered within the specified time frame will not entitle you to a refund.
- Ensure you provide a correct address and contact number, your address is your own responsibility.
- Requests (e.g. flavour preferences) must be entered in the shipping notes section — not via email or chat
- FedEx may offer a time slot, however goods can delivered outside of this and up until 10pm.
- New customer discount codes are limited to one use per household. Any further attempts to use the code with different email addresses but the same name/address will result in the order being automatically refunded.
In-Store Collection:
- Available 6 days a week (Mon–Sat)
- Orders must be collected within 7 days or will be refunded

- Most areas past Dundee

📦 Safe Place & Missed Deliveries
- It is your responsibility to assign your parcel a safe place in the event you are not in to receive your parcel. (shed, garage, with a neighbour)
- If no safe place is provided and you miss the delivery, no refunds or replacements will be offered. Goods must be left due to being perishable.
- We are not responsible for doorstep theft or missing parcels if you have failed to provide our courier with a safe place. A refund or replacement will not be offered.
- Redeliveries requested due to absence are not covered by WrexRaw

- If your address is incorrect, WrexRaw is not liable for non-delivery
- Orders may be cancelled & refunded if we cannot fulfil them
